Moore In-Patient Lists

Medical students attached to Mr Moore's firm should obtain the patient list from the F1 house officers. They should use the list to make sure that they understand the reason for admission for all Moore patients and use the list to write down any aide memoires about patients' clinical scenarios and any questions that they want to ask. Use the patient list during the surgical attachment to make sure that you understand what every patient's surgical story is when you visit them each day on the daily ward round. The patient list is a confidential Trust document and should be treated with great respect and disposed of appropriately. Please use the level 9A shredders to dispose of any confidential papers that are no longer required. Confidential Trust documents should not be taken out of Trust buildings unless officially authorised. Medical students who do not keep the information on patient lists private and confidential will be disciplined.
